Source visibility is not publication permission.
Each item carries provenance and a publication state. Full transcript text can remain private to the owner/admin workflow until explicit creator authorization is recorded.
Public-source
Capture URL, channel/video ID, access date, metadata and source status. Public discovery may link back to YouTube.
Owner-authorized
Creator permission can unlock full transcript publication, derivative summaries, curriculum packaging or monetized access according to the recorded scope.
